Construction Surveys
From pre-construction planning through to post-construction certification — surveys that keep your project compliant and on track.
Detail Survey
The basic prerequisite for building and land development. A detail and level survey shows all existing site features — buildings, fences, trees, contours, and levels — required by designers and councils before any development can proceed.
Set Out Survey
Transfers your approved building design onto the land with exact positioning. Our surveyors mark out the precise location of structures, ensuring construction proceeds in accordance with council-approved plans.
Final / Identification Survey
A council-required post-construction survey report confirming that structures have been built in accordance with approved plans. Required prior to issuing an Occupation Certificate.
WAE Survey
Works As Executed (WAE) surveys document the variance between the constructed work and the original design. Required for drainage, services, and structures as part of the Occupation Certificate process.
Internal Survey
Measured building plans showing the interior layout of a structure in detail. Used for fit-out projects, renovations, development applications, and architectural design work.

Property & Legal Plans
Boundary definition, subdivision, strata, and easement surveys for individuals, developers, and legal professionals.
Subdivision Survey
Prepared when a parcel of land is to be divided into 2 or more new parcels that can be disposed of separately. Includes all boundary definition, pegging, and documentation required for council lodgement.
Plan of Consolidation
Prepared when a new lot is to be created by consolidating 2 or more lots into a single lot. We handle all survey and documentation requirements for council submission.
Plan of Redefinition
Prepared when a parcel of land is resurveyed to confirm the location of existing property boundaries. Essential when boundary positions are uncertain or disputed.
Granny Flats
Survey work involving boundary location calculation and structure placement per approved designs. We ensure your secondary dwelling is correctly positioned relative to all boundaries.
Strata Plan
Allows for buildings and structures on a single allotment to become multiple lots together with a shared Common Property lot. Required for apartments, townhouses, and unit developments.
Stratum Plan
Designation of areas or units within developments for separate ownership, commonly used in mixed-use projects such as retail and residential buildings.
Plan of Easement
Necessary when the type of easement being created does not meet requirements for creation by dealing alone. We prepare and lodge all associated survey plans and documents.
